apixaban 5mgs 1 x 5mgs MORNING, 1 x 5mgs EVENINGS :. ‘Anti COAGULANTS ‘

Doxazosin 2mgs (1x2mg tabs) + Ramipril 5mgs + Prednisolone 6mgs (1 x 5mg + 1mgs),
Adcal D3 1 chew tab. + Lansoprazole 30mgs Capsule
(?Paracetamol 250mgs as considered required)
12pm (mid day)
Apixiban (Eliquis) 5mgs (1 tab)
Lipoic acid : 100mgs
Vitamin B subs 500ug
6pm
Doxazosin 4mgs (2 x 2mg tabs)

11.55pm
(Apixiban (Eliquis) 5mgs (1 tab) + Gabapentin 300mgs capsule.
5am (approx) Early morning. *NO food !
*Levythyroxine 25mgs OR 50mgs (alternate daily dose)
Gabapentin 300mgs capsule.
OTHER :

Dermovate… 30g used as prescribed.
Trimovate … 30g used as prescribed.
Antacids as required. (Gaviscon Advance)
