BANNED !! Allergic reaction to Salamol / Salbutamol INHALER 100mcg  closes throat ..

CURRENT as of 09^th June 2025  I am now prescribed and taking

MEDICATION/TREATMENTS (Prescribed)  

All times approximate BUT where possible; carefully adhered to :

Fostair INHALER  100/6mcg   (BD) AM /PM DAILY

‘Eliquis’ =

Apixaban 5mgs 1 x 5mgs every 12 hours . ‘Anti COAGULANT ‘.

Doxazosin 2mgs   AS PRESCRIBED  2 tabs AM and 1 tab PM

Ramipril 5mgs  1 daily

Prednisolone 5mgs (1 x 5mg)  2.5mgs top up when and as required.

Adcal D3 1 chew tab. +  2 daily

Lansoprazole 30mgs Capsule

  (?Paracetamol 250mgs as considered required)

  *Levythyroxine 25mgs OR 50mgs (alternate daily dose)

  Gabapentin 300mgs capsule x 3 /24hrs

Antacids as required. (Gaviscon Advance)

Nystatin as prescribed.

NeilMed Sinus rinse.

Dermovate… 30g used as prescribed.   Trimovate … 30g used as prescribed.
