joints, a lot of pain AND increased CK levels.

I am also taking/ using the following NOT prescribed.

Lipoic acid : 100mgs 1 capsule per day.

Vitamin B & C compound tabs 500ug 1 per day with food. Necessary.

Tumeric 600mgs with pepper (with food) 1 dose per day
This appears to be helping re keeping BP lower?
Continuing use will give me better recognition of its value.
